Testimonials
"I never really thought that much of myself and didn't expect others to either. Working with Anne helped me to see that I am a worthwhile person and I deserved better than life was giving me. I'm not 100% sorted but I'm certainly getting there".
“I was suffering from headaches at least three times a week. We looked at my diet, especially my eating patterns, to balance out my blood sugar levels. Headaches are now a thing of the past”. Jean, Ayrshire
I was having about one asthma attack a week and was breathless a lot of the time. It was making life very difficult. Anne helped me to look at my diet and to eat foods that reduce the inflammation in my lungs and enhance my immune system. The last attack I had was six weeks ago!” David, Glasgow
I just seemed to be tired and bloated all the time – my skirt fitted me in the morning but by the afternoon, I had to let it out. Anne treated me with digestive enzymes and probiotics (good bacteria) which helped me digest and absorb my food. It also made me less hungry. Now I’ve got more energy, I look so much better and I’ve lost weight as well”. Jenny, Ayrshire
“I was really worried about getting osteoporosis because my mother had it and that’s a big risk factor. Anne designed a diet and supplement programme that will help protect my bones in the years to come – I feel a lot less worried now. As well as it being good for me, she took my likes and dislikes into account and that makes the diet easy to follow”.
“I had been attending the doctors complaining of stomach pain for over two years and getting nowhere. I was being prescribed tablets and I felt that the real problem was not being addressed. Anne looked at my diet and eating patterns and discovered I had slight intolerances to certain foods. She managed to sort my stomach problems out in a matter of months and providing I take care of my diet and eat small and regularly so that my digestive system can cope, I no longer experience the pain and discomfort that has plagued me for years. I will be forever grateful to Anne for her expertise and patience.” Fiona, Ayrshire
